About The Project

Make, Do & Friends is part of our programme of work for older people (55+) in rural areas.

Originally, it delivered creative workshops and events in villages in Mid-Suffolk and Babergh, providing the opportunity to share and learn new skills whilst enjoying a cuppa with friends and neighbours.

Those creative activities included printing, photography, textile crafts, singing, writing and performing – and we intend to offer as many of those activities – and more – as possible, through the medium of this blog site and more traditional methods, e.g. popping a letter in the post.

Make, Do & Friends is delivered in partnership with DanceEast and the Rural Coffee Caravan.
